I just got Escape From New York: Special Edition on DVD. Aside from a superclean transfer of the film, with newly enhanced 5.1 sound, there is a deleted scene and some other bonus materials. While looking thru the menus trying to find any hidden surprises, I found one. On the second disc in the main menu, highlite “Deleted Scenes” and press the right arrow on yr remote. This will make a symbo appear in the box to the right, click enter and you will hear the original radio spot for the movie.
