This morning I woke up to go to a record convention. My back was bothering me so bad that I was limping real bad and had trouble walking. I can not wait until tomorrow to get that first shot as nervous as I am. I pray that this works, I don’t know how much more of this I can take.

In Hillside, where the convention was, I noticed both theatres that were there and closed down are now both some weird churches. I found it ironic that these churches moved into theatres since I prety much view religion as about as real as Hollywood. Instead of trying to entertain you for your money, they just try to scare you out of your money.

Last nite I just ate Potbellys and took it easy and watched a couple DVDs. The lineup was Boontown Saints which was really quite good, and Taxi Driver, which was ok, but I don’t understand why so many people think that is such a great film. It didn’t do much for me, but at least it didn’t suck and make me feel cheated out of a couple hours of my life like some movies have.

Today, since I’m pretty much immobile, I’ll just lay around and watch some more DVDs and then tonite I have friends coming over to watch the wrestling PPV. We are gonna grill burgers too, which should be rather unpleasant as it is like 100 outside today. I’ll have to get one of my friends to do the cooking today as I don’t think I’ll be able to take the pain.
