Goodbye to The Riddler

Frank Gorshin as The Riddler

Frank Gorshin passed away yesterday at the age of 72. Most of you will likely know him as The Riddler in the old Batman TV series. He also played a character who was half black and half white in an episode of the original Star Trek series, was in an episode of Buck Rogers, and did tons of other things as well. He even put out a record I just found out (which I’d like to get for the sake of curiosity and because I enjoyed him in the things I saw him in).

Screw Jim Carrey, Frank was the true Riddler! Rest in Peace Frank, and thanks for the entertainment throughout the years.

  • AHH! No way! Man, I had no idea this guy died. He was the best riddler … even better than J. Carrey

  • Don’t forget Frank’s great performance in the original “Where The Boys Are” from 1956 (?) with George Hamilton. A class act-he will be missed.
